- Clearly, finding something by looking for it is not such a radical concept that anyone would feel

- the motherboard; electricity can flow only where there is a difference of potential. If you take care
- to keep one hand in contact with the chassis of the PC, you may touch the motherboard all you
- want without fear of static discharges.
